This week, Old North State Trust did a team building exercise with our Trust Officers in the initial rollout of our EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model. This system consists of 6 key components that will help our organization and team members to continue offering great services to our professional partners and clients.

Old North State Trust was a sponsor for the 2024 Elder & Special Needs Law Symposium on February 22nd & 23rd in Greensboro, NC. The purpose of the symposium is to give our team members and other professionals the opportunity to learn about laws and changes on various topics which Old North State Trust can relay to other team members and clients.

This year, Old North State Trust was a Silver Sponsor at the 45th Annual Duke University Estate Planning Conference held on October 19th and 20th. Regina Johnson, Spence Evans, and Tammy Sharpe attended and reconnected with many friends of Old North State Trust, as well as making new connections. Our team learned valuable information at the conference that will help them in serving their clients and their trust needs to carry out their legacies.

Old North State Trust hosted a Legacy Planning Training for our Trust Officers and Relationship Managers from across the state in Greensboro in August. The purpose of the training was to equip them with resources to fulfill the Old North State Trust mission of helping families create and enrich their legacy for generations to come. Our team walks beside clients as they clarify their family values, develop a family mission statement, and organize their legacy plans.
